2021 has become an incredibly exciting year for us as we begin a new chapter in our business with a new name and look. We proudly introduce to you Harts Fasteners, 100% locally owned by Lyndon and Gabrielle Urquhart. (And yes “Urquhart’s Fasteners” was briefly considered but after a lifetime of having to spell Urquhart to most people it was quickly ruled out!)

Harts Fasteners is who we are and what we do. You will have noticed that our new branding reflects this significant change. It enforces our commitment to continue providing you with the high quality products and personal level of service you have always enjoyed.

Our customers have always had a choice and we greatly appreciate the loyalty you demonstrate in continuing to choose us. With your help over the past 6 years our Auckland store has expanded its range and then shifted to our current larger premises to better serve your growing needs.

Harts will never take your business for granted and will always welcome any feedback or suggestions you may have that would help improve your experience as a customer. An expansion into a secondary Auckland location is being considered that would further improve the speed of delivery times and be more convenient for our drop in customers. Watch this space!

Service / Delivery

Thanks to our vast inventory there is no job too complex or too big for us to handle, but if we don’t have a stock item listed we will endeavour to source it for you. Order your products directly from our helpful staff who will assist you via telephone, email or personally in our modern and spacious superstore.

Overnight delivery is available on stocked items to most locations as well as reasonably priced same day services, including a one or two hour courier option for when time is at a premium.

Harts prides itself on providing quality products at great prices so we will better a competitors’ price by 5% on the same manufactured items. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase you can return the goods*.
